DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Did you know? - Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days or less from receipt of order!

Lowest Cost Shipping:
We now are offering the lowest cost shipping options for you to choose from. Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight and destination of each order and will be displayed at checkout. Our shopping cart will calculate charges for the shipping methods available and give you the choice of method to select. Please note if we have a problem and are not able to contact you by phone or email, it will delay shipping.

US MAIL - Domestic

  • 1st Class Mail - BEST rates for small quantity orders (Approx. 3 to 7 business days for delivery*)
  • Priority Mail - Good rates up to 3 lbs and a little faster (Approx. 3 to 5 business days for delivery**)
    Note: Orders that ship to a PO Box, APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will ship via US Mail (USPS) Priority Mail.

Express Shipping Rates:
If you would like to select a faster delivery, we offer the following express delivery options for domestic (US) delivery.

UPS EXPRESS

  • UPS 3 Day Select - Higher rates than ground, time delivery specific with tracking (3rd day from pick-up date)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - Best rate for express delivery with tracking (end of 2nd business day)
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver - Premium service rate for express with tracking (by 4:30pm next business day to commercial addresses)

Notes: Express Delivery Option
- Express service is available to all the 48 contiguous United States as well as Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
- Express shipping includes tracking. Business days are Monday through Friday, except for holidays.
- Orders must be placed by 1:00pm PST time Monday through Friday to normally ship that day (excluding Saturday, Sundays or Holidays).
- Orders placed after 1:00pm PST, will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm PST or on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.
- UPS does not consider the day of shipping as transit time, so for example, an item shipped 3 Day on Monday will not arrive until Thursday.

** This method includes a USPS Delivery Confirmation Number. The delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you once your shipment is completed.
- The delivery confirmation number is not a tracking number. The number provides you with a confirmation of the delivery date and time once your package is scanned at the Post Office of the addressee. - - You can view the delivery confirmation via the URL below, after the item is scanned at the Post Office.

California residents are subject to sales tax on all items according to their local tax authority rate based on the subtotal of the products purchased.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

US MAIL INTERNATIONAL

  • 1st Class Mail International (Canada Only) - BEST rates for small quantity orders (delivery varies by destination)
  • Priority Mail International - Good rates up to 9 lbs and a little faster (Approx. 6 - 10 business days for delivery)
    Note: See notes below for orders that ship to an APO or FPO delivery address.

UPS GROUND

  • UPS Ground Standard (Canada Only) - Good rates with tracking (Approx. 5 - 10 business days)

- Just about everything shipped into Canada is subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST). The GST is calculated after customs duties have been applied. You may also have to pay the applicable Canadian Provincial Sales Tax (PST) or Quebec Sales Tax (QST). In Canadian provinces with a Harmonized Sales Tax (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador), you'll be charged a flat 15 percent, rather than separate GST and PST.
- Softouch Concepts, Inc. is not responsible for the duties and taxes on items shipped into Canada.
- Duties, taxes and Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the intended receiver.
- Canadian orders may take an additional amount of time for delivery due to customs clearance.

International Express Shipping Rates:
If you would like to select a faster delivery, we offer the following express delivery options for International delivery.

US MAIL INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS

  • Express Mail International - Good rates for small orders with tracking and delivery confirmation (Approx. 3 - 5 Business days to most countries)

UPS INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited - Best rate for express delivery with tracking (Approx. 2 - 5 business days)
  • UPS Worldwide Express Saver - Premium service rate for express with tracking (Approx. 1 - 3 business days to commercial addresses)

Notes: International Delivery Option
- In most cases, delivery cost is calculated automatically during the checkout process according to destination and weight. In some limited cases, shipping costs will not be available at the time of purchase; we will then email you with a total cost for approval before processing your credit card.
- Any local Duty and/or Custom fees (if applicable) or local Taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Your shipping address MUST match what is on file with your credit card company.
- Softouch Concepts, Inc. is not responsible for International packages once they have been handed over to the shipping company you have selected.

Product Pricing and Exchange Rates:
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate in your local currency and you will see that amount reflected on your monthly statement.

International Addresses:
You must provide a street address for shipping. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes internationally.

International Shipping Fees, Import Duties and Taxes:
All International shipments will be charged shipping or postage costs calculated by weight and destination.
Softouch Concepts, Inc. prices do not include local duty and/or customs fees (if applicable) or local taxes. These charges are separate from your shipping charge*, these are levied once a shipment reaches your country and you will be billed directly for them. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.


International Returns or Packages Refused:
If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to Softouch Concepts, Inc. for the return of the package. When UPS is the carrier selected for your order, and the return to shipper cost is greater than the cost of the goods ordered, Softouch Concepts, Inc. will instruct UPS to abandon the order, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.

Your Country's Custom and Import Policies:
Please note: It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you're importing to can result in your order incurring import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us.
Additionally, when ordering from Softouch Concepts, Inc., you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.



MISCELLANIOUS SHIPPING NOTES:

APO / FPO
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address when you are shipping to an APO / FPO address. Be sure to show the full name, a middle name or initial and PSC number, unit number or ship name. Replace the city name with “APO” or “FPO,” and the state with AA, AE, or AP. Enter AE in the State field if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East. Enter AA if the recipient is stationed in the Americas. Enter AP if the recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific. When applicable, type in the special military ZIP Code for that station. Regardless of where the recipient is stationed, select "United States" for the Country.

All shipments to APO/FPO address are sent via USPS to distributing military centers in the U.S., at which time the military service assumes responsibility for shipping. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.
